Chapter 296: Beyond imagination.
The whole platform became a vast emptiness the moment the crystalline disappeared and the abyss entered Mykel’s soul. Although it was enough at first, Mykel still had the urge to devour lives, but thankfully he could suppress it down.
"Now that everything is gone. Are we going to go and check the storm that you mentioned?" Elena asked as she looked at her leather jacket that got ripped from earlier.
"Yes, let’s try it now," Mykel answered as he stood up and looked at the world inside his body that looked like the universe itself.
Mykel led them to where the storm was, and that was when Amaryllis and Elena fell to their knees. They were shocked by how powerful the pressure of the storm was which made them lose their strength. It was unbelievable and they couldn’t imagine how powerful the entity could be if the presence alone was too much for them to handle.
It took the two of them a long time to be able to stand on their own two feet, and it took another time for them to be able to take a step forward. But the moment they could move normally and could withstand the pressure, their bodies had adjusted with the power and grew stronger.
"To think this is something that can exist inside your body is unbelievable," Amaryllis pointed out as she looked at the storm made of the abyss circling around her. "You said that you barely entered your whole body inside before it sent you away or shredded your body?" she looked at Mykel with her eyebrows raised.
"Yes, and none of them could do more than that either. All of us failed the moment we tried to push our body inside," Mykel nodded his head and looked at the storm.
Back then, Mykel seemed troubled when he looked at the storm, but after he gained control over his power, he looked excited. Sasha was the same and she couldn’t wait to try to enter the storm, but she was worried about Elena and Amaryllis.
"What if they died? Mykel?" Sasha asked as she pointed her hand at Elena and Amaryllis. "You were fine because your power resonated with the storm, but what about the two of them? Would they survive if their bodies got shredded or even worse they got disintegrated?" she added and she looked worried.
"We wouldn’t know if we didn’t try," Amaryllis answered without hesitation and fear. "As long as Elena still has her life energy, she will survive. While I will create a clone that will replace me when I’m dead," she explained and tried to put Sasha at ease.@@@@
"We have experienced life and death situations many times before we got to this point. But, none of us were scared of it. We have so many ways to keep ourselves alive and exist even if it’s just a tiny piece of us left," Elena added as she looked at Sasha.
"Jeanne and the others might be dead and gone now, but as long as I’m here, I can bring them all back to life from nothing. We are different and it’s the reason why we managed to reach this point," Amaryllis pointed out.
Sasha was convinced and believed there was nothing to be worried about, and so she had nothing else to say. Deep down, even if somehow those two cease to exist, she could use her power and create them in her world later. But, what bothered her was Mykel’s thoughts about it and why he had a nonchalant expression.
"Who wants to go first?" Elena asked and looked at the three of them back and forth.
"Can I go first? I might be able to gain some information," Amaryllis raised her hand and looked at Mykel.
"I know it feels like forever, and I’m proud of you for surviving that," Mykel said as he kissed Elena on the forehead because he knew what Elena felt.
Although she was disappointed, Mykel’s words made her feel happy and proud of herself. She then decided to rest and would try it again once she recovered, and thankfully, the world inside Mykel’s body was filled with life energy that remained. She could collect more than she thought and she would be back before everyone knew it.

"It’s time for me to go in. I want you to take care of her for a moment, Sasha," Mykel said as he stood in front of the storm.
Sasha nodded and started to transfer the life energy that she possessed into Elena’s body.
Mykel entered the storm and the front half of his body had disappeared into the darkness. Unlike Elena and Amaryllis, he wasn’t being sucked because he could resist the pressure and the force. He then slowly moved deeper into the storm until they could only see his left foot outside the storm.
They remembered that Mykel would be thrown away or shredded when his whole body entered the storm. They were so nervous when Mykel lifted his left foot and entered the storm, and the moment he put his left foot inside the storm, nothing happened.
The three of them were staring at the storm and wondering if somehow they missed him being thrown away from the storm. But none of them could see anything being thrown away, and so they believe Mykel managed to travel in the storm.
They waited for ten seconds, and then half a minute, and then three minutes. They didn’t know if they should feel happy or anxious because none of them knew if Mykel was alive or not in there. When it was already past five minutes, the three of them were hoping to see Mykel, and so their wishes came true.
Mykel was thrown out of the storm, fast enough that none of them could see it, but they could feel the air that blew them away. The three of them stood up and hurriedly walked to where Mykel was, and they were shocked when his body was ripped apart and there were thousands of scratches on his body. He looked in pain, but his body regenerated rapidly even though it looked like the wounds couldn’t be healed.
"How long have I been in there?" Mykel asked as he put his hand on his forehead with a pained expression.
"Five minutes," Amaryllis answered as she covered Mykel’s naked body with a blanket that she pulled out of nowhere.
"Five minutes?" Mykel opened his eyes and he was in disbelief. "Now I know why Elena is disappointed," he chuckled as he sat up.
Elena chuckled at him because she found it funny.
"You’re next, Sasha," Mykel said as he fixed his hair.
"Yeah, it’s my turn now," Sasha nodded as she looked at the storm with her hands clenched.
