The leader of the settlement and the rest of the cultivators are all looking at the Sea with bewildered gazes.
They have never seen something like this. The way Sam just dove into the water was one
thing, but the giant beast that has an appearance that they have never ever heard or seen before, scared them shitless.
That shock led to the confusion.
A million questions rose in their hearts and one of them is about what to do now. Sam didn't even answer their request. He just jumped into the sea and left. Even the leader was left confused. After around half an hour, she came made a decision.
"I will stay here. The rest of you, go back to the city and tighten the defenses. Activate all the defensive mechanisms and formations.
If he is truly part of the enemies. Then we need to be prepared to fight him."
"But that guy is just one person and he only appears to be at Second Star level (A/N: This is what the people of this planet call the Divine Plane initiation middle stage) Even with his beast, I am sure we can take care of him."
One of the assistants suggested the leader.
But she didn't comment on it and just told them to do as they were told.
Soon, apart from the leader only the two first responders that came to see Sam are left. They all gazed at the sea.
"Leader, what do you think about him? Do you really think that he is telling the truth?" The young man asked.
The young woman immediately refuted.
"Deke, what kind of nonsense is that? He is definitely not telling the truth. He said he is a visitor, but where could he be visiting from? We already know all the remaining human settlements. We already contacted them and they said, they haven't sent anyone here.
He is definitely part of those three abominations' plan."
The young lady is adamant and even looked at the leader to back her up. But the leader had a complicated gaze.
After some silence, he said out loud.
"Do you remember the story of how our planet turned out this way?"
Both of them stayed silent. They obviously remember it and they didn't have to acknowledge that.
"More than the three abominations, more than the greed of the humans, there was one thing that drove all these things to happen. Do you know what it is?"
The two youngsters appeared confused. All they knew is that one day the three abominations appeared and they appeared because of some human greed. Apart from that, they don't know anything.
The leader continued.
"The human greed that our predecessors talked about is caused when one of the human leaders of that time, had a vision.
A vision of the world beyond the stars. He got that vision in one of the rare moments of enlightenment and he believed it was the source of nature that gave him those visions.
And from then on, as time passed human leaders craved to see that world and that can only happen if they reach past the limits they are born with.
That pursuit is what caused all this mess.
I sometimes wonder if there really is a world like that, don't you think just like our people, their people might have also received a vision? Maybe their people might also want to come and visit this place?"
"Do you really think this guy is a visitor from out of this world? That is impossible?"
"Maybe or maybe not. I was just rambling. Let's just wait and see if he comes back. Then we will know."
While they are conversing and wondering who Sam might be...
Deep in the Sea.
The sun light and the hot sand are not agreeing with it.
The two youngsters are also looking at the creature up close. While the leader had experience dealing with these creatures before, the two youngsters are actually seeing them this close for the first time. The woman in particular got curious and was about to poke it with her spear.
*SPLASH*
With a loud splash, the sea split open from within Mia came in her full form. Sam stood on her
central head.
The water splashed on the beach like rain and along with that came the heads of the creatures
that he just severed.
He stood there calmly as Mia took him slowly to the shore.
"FUCKING HELL"
The youngsters screamed as they defended themselves from the coming heads. The leader on the other hand was stunned and looked at Sam with her eyes wide open.
Mia carefully came to the shore as the Sea beasts gave her the way. She declined her head to let
Sam walk off.
He turned around and tapped her with a smile.
"These seas are now yours. Go crazy and do whatever you want."
*ROAR*
Mia roared through her nine heads and went back into the Sea.
Sam looked at the leader and said.
"A hundred creatures. Including one special one with golden scales. I don't know if he is the
leader you mentioned though."
He said as he extended his hand and the special creature's head appeared.
The leader stepped forward slowly and took that head in her hands. She collapsed to her knees
and tears streamed down her face.
"How? How did you do this?"
She spoke in a soft tone. "The information you had was useful. These creatures are indeed very weak against poison.
And I happen to have the ability to create the most potent poison there is."
They didn't even present a challenge.
Now, can we talk about liberation of humans? I have way too many questions and way less
time to waste."
Sam's tone, voice and face appeared unfeeling. As if he is oblivious to the emotions that the
woman was feeling.
He just rushed to ask the questions.
"I will tell you, whatever you want. Whatever you need. Just ask me."
