What Do You Mean There Are Other Transmigrators In My Harem Fantasy?

Chapter 886 They Have Traps Too

Chapter 886 They Have Traps Too

Sure enough, that only building that was left standing was the one with the stairs.

And just saying, Mother did not just wipe out the buildings along the red light district, I meant she actually disintegrated the entire floor save for the two buildings that housed the stairs leading up and the one that was leading down.

With the entire area cleared, we went straight towards the stairs and descended down to the next floor.

At this point, I wasn't even sure what else to expect since this Dungeon was obviously not arranged the same way as the other Dungeons that I was used to diving in.

So who knows if the next floor was going to be another weird one.

And as if responding to my thoughts, the sound my foot made when I took a step onto the next floor was 'squish'.

I looked down and I realised that the floor was made out of a fleshy material instead of something solid.

Damn it...

Well, at least this wasn't my first time experiencing a Dungeon with a floor like this I suppose... The only thing I was worried about is what kind of monsters this guy might have put in here since this was an Off-Worlder we were talking about...

An Off-Worlder who went ahead to make a Monster Girl Dungeon to be exact...

Right then, I felt myself being lifted off the ground to levitate just a few centimetres away from the floor.

I looked to the side to see Mother smiling at me, who was of course the reason why this was happening.

When I tilted my head questioningly at her, she simply smiled, "Ufufufu~ Of course Mama wouldn't let my little one walk on something dirty like this~"

I'm not sure if this could even be considered dirty but ok? I guess walking on it does feel a little bit disgusting.

The odd thing about this place was the fact that there were trees growing out from the ground and at least these were normal trees instead of some weird flesh tree or whatever eldritch horror this Off-Worlder might have cooked up.

Wait... Actually they might be eldritch horror trees but we just don't know yet...

Anyway, this looks like some kind of flesh forest floor where the ground is made of flesh instead of... Well... Ground?

Mother turned to me, "Go ahead, my little one~"

I realised she wanted me to remain in the lead so I tried to move in front of Mother.

I quickly learned that all I needed to do was to lean my body forward and I will start moving in the direction that I was leaning.

Since there didn't seem to be designated paths on this floor, I just picked a random direction and started floating forward while holding Mother's hand.

I was wondering what kind of monsters might appear on this floor when I suddenly felt Mother pull back on my hand to stop me just short of passing in between two trees.

I turned back to tilt my head questioningly at Mother, only to see her pointing her finger in front of me.

I swivelled back to look at the space that she pointed at, but I wasn't sure what she wanted me to see because there was nothing there.

Wait... I think I see something reflecting the light in the space there...

I squinted my eyes to try to get a better look at it.

As you might expect, the Monster Girl had the upper body of an attractive woman with eight blood red eyes that had no irises half hidden by her head of short, silver hair and fingers that ended in sharp claws. At her waist, instead of a human lower body was the abdomen and the thorax of a spider complete with eight spider legs that ended in sharp points.

The legs made no noise as she stalked towards me, her eight eyes narrowing at me.

"Do you have a death wish, little girl?" She asked, leaning her face close to me.

I did the next thing that came to mind: Slapping her on her other cheek.

Not gonna lie, I just did it because I thought it would be funny at this point.

Hey, Mother is giggling behind me so it's definitely funny!

The Trapping Arachnid reared up on her spiderlegs and let out a screech.

She then raised her arm and her hand formed into a claw shape as she prepared to strike me.

I wasn't even worried as I simply stayed where I was and her claw came down to try and slash at me. But just as it got within an inch of my neck, my hand shot out and grabbed her by the wrist, stopping her arm from going any further.

She paused and stared at my hand that was grabbing onto hers, blinking her eight eyes a few times as though she was unsure if she was really experiencing what she was seeing.

The Trapping Arachnid then tried to pull her hand out of my grasp but she realised that no matter how hard she pulled against my hand, it did not budge.

"Wha... What? Let... Let go!!" She cried, pulling her entire body bac in an attempt to wrench herself free.

I smiled at her, "Ok~"

I then waited for the exact moment she tried to pull back to release my hand which left her stumbling back embarrassingly before her spider abdomen slammed into the tree behind her.

"Ara, ara? My little one has turned into a prankster I see~" Mother giggled.

I have a few people to blame for that... And one of them is Mother... So I guess I'll just keep that to myself.

The Trapping Arachnid let out another screech, obviously pissed at being embarrassed like that.

The monster girl scurried forward and tried to slash at me again but I caught her wrist once more.

However, she did not let that phase her this time and tried to slash at me with her other hand instead.

Unfortunately for her, I simply raised up my other hand and caught her other wrist as well, completely sealing her movements.

At least, that was what I thought until she raised one of her front legs to try and stab at me with it.

Acting on instinct, my tail lashed out and smacked her leg away before thrusting forward to strike her in her Mahun part of her abdomen, causing her to cough up the air in her lungs before she was sent skidding back.

I had released her wrists as well since she might have torn off her arms if I had continued holding onto them.

She coughed and hugged her abdomen with her arms, finally understanding the difference in strength between us.

The Monster Girl glared at me before she moved back and started climbing up the tree backwards.

"I'll be back, little girl... And you best watch your step in this forest... I will strike when you least expect it. And not just me either... There's more of us in the shadows..."

She can't just leave without saying anything huh?
