Ok... So I fully believe that Lisa was acting this entire time to string this guy along for some reason. The only problem is that I don't know why she was doing that and whether it had anything to do with my mission.
Maybe she found out something just now that made her act like this? Like he's behind some kind of weird thing that outed him as someone who isn't actually from this World?
Perhaps he was threatening her or something? Nah, that's not possible.

He started talking about how he would follow his teacher to gather herbs to familiarise himself with them, as if he was the only one who does that...
Then he would boast about how he would meticulously prepare the same potion over and over again until he could prepare them without referring to a recipe book. He said it only took him three weeks to memorise the procedure for making a Lesser grade healing potion.
I really had to hold myself back from blurting out what was there even to remember in creating a simple potion like that? I literally memorised it the same day I was taught since all you needed to do was grind up the herbs, toss it into the cauldron with the binding agents, then pour your mana into it and stir until it's done.
You need three weeks to memorise something as simple as that?! Is your memory just bad or do you just suck?!
I was so surprised by him that I couldn't help but let it show on my face. Luckily, he was basically boasting to Lisa so he wasn't looking at me which prevented me from being exposed.
Still, I could tell that Lisa was really doing her best to hold it in with what this guy was saying.

That wasn't even the worst of what he said too.
He even tried to claim that each of his potions was unique because all of them tasted different each time he made them.
For the uninitiated... He's basically boasting that his potions tasted different because he put in different binding agents each time he made them... Which was not anything worth boasting about...
But the problem here was the fact that I knew he was using the same binding ingredients because of what he said earlier when we were making the mana potion. That could only mean that he's constantly screwing up his potion making process as it would be either made with impurities or that he screwed up one of the steps while making the potion.
How the hell did this guy even get to the first tier of proficiency? What's more... He even tried to drug Lisa with an aphrodisiac...
I don't even know how to make an aphrodisiac...

"Ok, I guess you should explain?" I prompted her.
"He tried to slip another aphrodisiac to me again this morning."
I raised an eyebrow, "Didn't you catch him the first time? And yet he still dared to do it after you caught him?"
She came over to my side, "Before we go further... I need to do a little bit of cleansing."
I didn't get to ask her what she meant by that before she suddenly pulled me into a deep kiss with her tongue invading my mouth to wrap around mine.
Instincts took over me and I kissed her back, enjoying her taste for a good long minute before we separated.
Lisa giggled, "Ehehehe~ That felt better~ Anyway... I didn't call him out on it the first time. I just made an excuse and ended up not drinking it. So he thought that I didn't know what it was. This time, I decided to test him to see what he planned to do after drugging me."
I raised an eyebrow, "Isn't it obvious? To fuck you, of course."
"Mmm... That's what I thought at first but the dosage is too low for that. At most it would just make me feel a little bit aroused and nothing more. That's why I was trying to act like everything he did was right to me to sell that idea I was affected when I wasn't."
