I looked at the tied up Off-Worlder that Eins was currently carrying after we left the inn.
Understandably, I was given quite weird looks by passers-by, but most of them quickly averted their eyes when they saw Eins standing behind me. Or more accurately, saw her maid uniform.
Ok... I have him now... Where do I bring him to? Do I just take him back to the King?
Hmm... Yeah... I guess I should just take him back to the King.
I guess we'll just have to fly there or something since I don't think Mary is--
"Young Mistress, it seems like you have already captured him?"
I actually jumped in surprise at Mary's voice.
"Mary? Since when were you here?" I asked.
"I only just reached here, Young Mistress," She answered while bowing her head slightly. Just enough to let me know that she was bowing to me but not too much that the people around us could still interpret it as her angling her head downwards to look at something.
She's well known as the Head Maid of the Nilm Family after all so seeing her bow her head to someone out here would raise a lot of questions.
I tilted my head at her, "Really? Are you saying that you just so happen to show up right when I caught the guy?"
"Yes, Young Mistress. In fact, I was with the Madam not a few minutes ago when she told me that you would have caught the culprit by now and asked me to check on you."
Ok, I can believe that actually.
She then straightened herself, "Shall we head over to the King now? Or is there something else you need to do there, Young Mistress?"
I nodded, "Sure, let's go."
She started chanting the spell to open her portal and it flared to life in front of me.
She stepped aside and allowed Eins and I to step through it first before following along behind us.
When we stepped out, I realised I was outside a tent which I recognised to be the King's tent from our past visit here.
The guards there had already stepped aside so that I could walk past them to enter the tent.
Going inside, I found Mother and Justinia standing over a map that was laid out on the table while the King seemed to be laying out a plan.
They noticed me immediately and Justinia straightened herself, "Aster? What's wrong? Did something happen for you to come back?"
I smiled at her, "Mmhmm~ Here you go~"
I waved my hand and Eins stepped forward to dump the unconscious Off-Worlder on the ground unceremoniously.
"Ufufufu~ Mary?"
The Trasif maid appeared beside her, "Yes, Madam?"
"You know what to do~"
"Of course, Madam."
Mary went ahead to pick the idiot off the ground and opened a portal to teleport away, leaving me behind with Mother and Justinia.
Mother then tightened her grip on my shoulders to start guiding me deeper inside the tent, "Ufufufu~ Now I'm sure my little one must be tired after that trip, right? Why don't my little one stay here for the night with Mama? Mama has missed my little one a lot, you know?"
Justinia rolled her eyes, "Trust me, Aster, she really has. Anytime she had an opportunity to bring up about you, she would."
"Ara, ara~ Is little Justi being jealous? Is my gushing of my little one bothering you? Is the fact that I'm proud of my darling child making you uncomfortable?"
"Kuh... Not at all, Madam Nilm... I was simply letting Aster know how much you care about her..."
"Ufufufu~ Of course, of course~ Mama missed you a lot, you know? Did you miss Mama?"
Well... I would be lying if I said I didn't miss her so I nodded my head.
"Ara, ara~ My little one really is cute~ In that case, let Mama spoil you lots today!"
She actually picked me up in her arms like I weighed nothing and carried me off further into the tent where I realised was a bedroom that was connected to the previous room that we were in.
This must be the King's bedroom but the sight of there being two beds here must mean that Mother was also sharing a room with her.
That surprised me slightly because I thought Mother would have a tent of her own instead of sharing a room with sister Justinia.
I would have thought they were sleeping together were it not for the fact that the beds were separated instead of being pushed together.
Mother then plopped me down on one of the beds and I wondered if she was expecting me to just go to sleep right now which was odd since we hadn't even bathed yet...
My thoughts must have shown on my face because Mother giggled, "Don't worry my little one~ Mama shall be cleaning you now~ Mama will make sure my little one is thoroughly cleaned up and spotless so there isn't even a tiny bit of anything dirty on you~"
Err... Ok? So I guess she's going to use a wet cloth or something to wipe me down before we go to bed?
That was when Justinia let out a loud sigh from where she was standing by the entrance, "You're scaring her, Madam Nilm... And Aster, if you haven't realised yet... She's upset that someone tried to rape you and she intends to sleep with you tonight... Normally I would try to stop her but... For the sake of my Kingdom's continued existence, I would ask that you please satisfy Madam Nilm tonight.
Do not worry, I shall give you my utmost support by joining in as well."
Err... What? What's going on?
